1. Avoid Late Night Workouts/Wake up early
The presence and emergence of hemorrhoids, are directly linked to your digestive system. Improper sleep patterns may hamper your entire metabolism. Once it is hampered, it may affect your intestines the most and hence the bowel movement.
Observe yourself for a week. See how many hours you need to sleep at night to feel fresh. Make a chart and manage your sleep accordingly.
Also remember, working out at night increases your heart rate and so does the adrenaline. An increase in both reduces your mind’s ability to relax and then go off to sleep. So, it is better to avoid these habits.
2. Drink More Water

9. Drink Lemon and Milk

Option 1 – Cut medium size pieces of raw papaya and take the juice out of it in juicer and consume it.
Option 2- Cut small size pieces and mix them in the blender with a little bit of water and consume.
12. Radish Juice
Having radish juice is considered as one of the best cures for treating hemorrhoids. Half glass of this juice consumed two times a day helps in curing the problem. You may add a pinch of salt in it.

19. Apply Aloe Vera Gel

20. Avoid Garlic In Food
A patient suffering from hemorrhoids must prevent garlic in food due to the chemical composition of it. It has got 33 compounds of sulphur like – alin, allylipropl, diallyl and many more. The odor is due to an enzyme known as allinase.

23. Say No to Too Much Spicy Food

28. Have an Adequate Sleep
Digestion gets completed when you have an undisturbed and uninterrupted sleep for some good six to eight hours. If you are not having adequate sleep, digestion won’t be completed and you may suffer from constipation and when you will wake up in the next morning your bowel movements may not be regular, as compared to that after an adequate night sleep.
An effective treatment for recovery from piles is staying in bed for some days. Here, the advantage is that the hemorrhoids won’t get irritated while you are taking rest and this will allow a faster recovery.
